a fine experience!
amazing breakfast friendly staff
the breakfast was amazing, it featured so much choice and high-quality options. i found the staff friendly and engaging, they provided really good service. the gardens and pool area were very well appointed and spacious, i enjoyed spending time in them.
the beach club required a fee for chairs, it felt a bit much for hotel guests.

The staff was so cute, always smiling and ready to assist. the breakfast buffet was extensive, with fresh pastries and a variety of fruits. i loved the newly refurbished interiors. They felt luxurious and calming. the location was perfect, so close to the beach!
i noticed a very slight delay in room service one evening, but it wasn't a big issue at all.

clean hotel varied option helpful staff dedicated room
I found the hotel recently renovated. Everything looked clean. the breakfast options impressed me with their variety. the staff were friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely invested in. i was able to change in a dedicated room after my late pool visit.
Restaurant service felt slow when i ordered desserts. I waited longer than expected.

i thought the pools are amazing, very amazing! the beach club creates a real enjoyable experience, wow! location near the beach felt very convenient.
the staff was slow processing our orders. we waited over an hour for desserts, yikes! it took 20 minutes for just one scoop of ice cream, can you believe it? the check out lady need much more training, too slow!

Acceptable Stay, Some Drawbacks
poor quality surly staff
My stay had some issues I want to mention. The dinner food at the main restaurant felt basic. I returned a few dishes at the Garden Bar due to poor quality (it was quite disappointing). The staff also had a bit of an attitude. They did not smile much and seemed surly.

The staff checked the room twice daily. The attention to details impressed me. The hotel offers amazing facilities. The beach club access was a definite plus. The resort has an aesthetic garden and pools.

amazing stay!
helpful staff special surprise careful detail
the staff were super lovely and always ready to assist. they organized a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. Everything was perfect. the room was clean, and every detail had been carefully considered, a nice touch.
The gym was closed . That was a bit disappointing.
